The interior doesn't show too well in these pictures, I will try to get some better ones later.
It does have solar hot water-- doing our part!!
Now all we need to do is get curtains and furnshings...

It looks nice - very modern & urban. Is there any garden space? And do you use the roof as space too?
I see what you mean about the construction next door not being very high tech...
I hope the residency permit delay doesn't slow everything else down too...

Yes it is very modern. There is a bit of garden on the terrace upstairs, and some garden area in the back of the side where the car goes. They plan to put a pond in there.
Residency permit delay should not cause too many problems-- we won't have to change the address now that we should have the house contract by end of week. Might be a day or 2 delay in getting phones. Not much else.
